    How do I return an item?

    01Send us your order number and the pair you'd like to return or exchange.
    02We'll reply with your return instructions.
    03Pack the shoes in their original box.
    04Drop the parcel off and keep your tracking number.
    Start a Return or Exchange
    When will I get my refund?
    Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return arrives and is checked. If you paid in another currency, your bank's exchange rate may cause a small difference.
    How do exchanges work?
    Once your return arrives, we ship your new size or color at no extra shipping cost. Exchanges depend on stock; if your size is sold out, we'll refund you instead.
    What if my pair arrives damaged?
    Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping.

    Duties & taxes

    Your local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery depending on your country and the value of your order. These charges are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility.

    Orders are processed in 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method, and any estimate shown at checkout may be longer during holidays or customs checks.

    We also ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

    All prices are shown for the country and currency you select. Payment is taken in the currency shown at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud; if we do, you will be refunded in full.
